The Historic Waldensian Mill is located in the heart of downtown Valdese. This recently revitalized textile mill has 30,000 square feet of finished and unfinished space available.

The building is ideal for an expanding brewery seeking a new location in a growing downtown district. There is plenty of space for manufacturing, as well as a bar and/or restaurant. Click the visualization below to take a virtual tour of the building. Use the “Menu” in the top, left corner to select which part of the building you would like to see and click “FPS Control” to have a self-guided “walk through” of the facility.

(Visualization only works on supported browsers such as Chrome, Firefox and Safari; press and hold esc key to exit FPS Control)
