Alan joined BDI in March 2015 and brings more than a decade of economic development experience to the organization. He has a reputation for developing creative strategies for promoting local communities. Alan previously led Stokes County Economic Development and served as Senior Development Director in Caldwell County. He has worked on projects of all sizes, including the recruitment of the Google Data Center now located in Caldwell County.

She has served as a Business Services Liaison for the Western Piedmont Council of Governments and previously worked with us as the Project Manager for RENEW, a workforce re-education program. In March of 2018, Peggy returned to once again help the organization support Burke County’s business community.
